The Schedule

SUNDAY - March 31

•  10am to 2pm - Creative Lounge + Registration Meet 'n Mingle
Start off Inspire by sitting down and learning all about our retreat sponsors and partners - registration is open from 12pm to 2pm, with mimosas and snacks

•  2pm to 2.30pm - First Timers Chat
Hello First-Timers, and welcome! Join a panel of Inspire vets who will share some tips and insights on how to enjoy your first adventure with us to the fullest!

•  3pm to 4.30pm - Welcome session + Keynote talk
Get the retreat deets, meet our Inspire Team, and make sure you get the absolute most out of the next three days with some goal-setting and cultivating balance help from the kickass Heather Vickery

•  5pm to 6.30pm - Breakout Panel Discussion
Sit in on one of our moderated panel discussions on a variety of topics

•  7pm - Fine Art Headshot Hub
Attendee headshots are back, and this time, the fantastic Kenny Clapp is going to provide all attendees with some dope moody and mysterious portraits!

•  7.30pm to 10.30pm - Welcome Party
Throw on your dancing shoes and join us at The Tavern for a night full of tasty food, laughter, live music and ridiculousness! Dinner buffet included.

MONDAY - April 1

Breakfast  •
Your option of using one of your two 'American-style Breakfast Buffet' vouchers included with your registration

8am to 10am - Limited Seating - Photo Walks + Hands-on classes  •
Grab your camera and/or your notebook and join along as instructors lead photo walks and intensive workshops, covering different photographic and business topics, such as lighting, posing, workflow, and challenges

9am to 2pm - Creative Lounge + Website/Portfolio Reviews  •
Gear loaner services, sit-in website critiquess, big screen image reviews and more

10.30am to 12pm - Breakout Sessions #1  •
Your choice of a variety of classroom talks and sessions

12pm to 1.30pm - Lunch Buffet  •
Recharge for the second half of your day with good eats & drinks, served in the Creative Lounge

1.30pm to 3pm - Breakout Sessions #2  •
Your choice of a variety of classroom talks and sessions

3.15pm to 4.45pm - Breakout Sessions #3  •
Your choice of a variety of classroom talks and sessions

5pm to 6.30pm - Photoshop Editing Demo Sit-In Class •
Follow along with some of our instructors as they go over their editing workflow

 5pm to 7pm - Limited Seating - Photo Walks + Hands-on classes  •
Grab your camera and/or your notebook and join along as instructors lead photo walks and intensive workshops, covering different photographic and business topics, such as lighting, posing, workflow, and challenges

7.30 to 9.30pm - Dine Around + Hotel Suite Pizza Party  •
Grab some grub around town with friends new and old, or stay at the hotel and join us for a low-key pizza party ($25 fee, includes all-you-can-eat 'za, salad & beer-until-we-run-out)

10pm to 12am - Informal After Hours  •
Come join us after dinner at The Tavern, with drinks specials, karaoke and unwinding from a busy day enjoying conversation with newly-made friends, while catching up with the old ones!

•  4.30pm to 5.30pm - Breakout Sessions #3 - My Story
Your choice of a variety of personal tales related to the why, what, where, when and how of photography

6.30pm-7.30pm Post-Inspire: Goal-setting & Recap Session •
The BEST way to end your Inspire experience with with a hands-on goal-setting session, to help you take all your learned and taken in this past week, and turn it into a productive to-do list - Heather Vickery will make sure we all leave with a plan-of-action we can stick with!

•  8pm to 10.30pm - Pajama Trivia Game Night
What better way to spend our last night together than in comfy PJs, getting competitive with some good ol' team trivia, and board games? Start working on putting together your dream teams now...this crowd will battle it out for the glory!

WEDNESDAY - April 3

Breakfast  •
Your option of using one of your two 'American-style Breakfast Buffet' vouchers included with your registration 

Departures throughout the day  •
No need to rush out; take your time, make a pamper-yourself reservation at the on-site spa, and leave at your leisure

Where We Are Staying 

Lodging at Heritage is $109/night for Inspire Attendees, but our room block is small, so don’t wait to sign up and book your room! → BOOK HERE !
