INSPIRE PHOTO RETREAT CHECK LIST AND SIGN-UPS

Are you ready for Inspire? We are counting the days... 15 to go!

This email contains important information for everyone who is attending Inspire! Please read it carefully and complete all the steps on this checklist.

Monday Half-Day Intensive Classes and Wednesday Hands-On Classes open for pre-registration on Monday January 28 at 8 pm. Seating is limited! Note: each of the registration links below will open in a new browser window. We recommend that you have them each open and ready to go at 8 pm Monday evening.

Below is a checklist with very important information for all attendees. Read through it, check things off, and prepare for an amazing experience at Inspire!

1. select your Monday limited seating Intensive class

 Monday classes are intensive half-day workshops with limited seating (Monday Feb 11, 2013, 1-4:30 pm). These instructors may contact you with pre-conference homework.

If you're not attending one of these classes you may plan to arrive at the Sturbridge Hotel and Conference Center any time after 2 pm. The cash bar in our Registration and Artist Lounge will open at 4:30 pm, and our Welcome Dinner begins at 6:30 pm.

 

2. select your Wednesday hands-on technical/artistic class

Wednesday classes are intensive half-day hands-on workshops with limited seating (Wednesday Feb 12, 2013, 9 am-noon). These instructors may contact you with pre-conference homework.

 

3. choose your mentor

Mentoring sessions are one on one and will take place during the conference at breakfasts and other agreeable free times.

 

4. complete your entree selection for Monday night's welcome dinner

Monday evening's welcome dinner requires an entree rsvp: CLICK HERE FOR OUR MEAL SURVEY.

All other meals will be buffet, and will include plenty of selections for every diet (meat, vegetarian, etc).

Special Diet? Please email enna@inspirephotoseminars.com with your first & last name, dietary restrictions, and email address. The conference catering manager will contact you directly if they need clarification.

5. enter the print competition!

6. prepare an album for our "Album Show & Tell"

Due to popular demand, we're bringing back our "Album Show and Tell". Tables will be available for albums to be shared between 3-5 pm on Tuesday. To participate, bring along an album that you would like to share, and prepare an info sheet with the following:

On an 8x5 x 11 sheet of paper, please write the following info: * Studio Name * Album Producer * Design Software * Album Cost to Studio * Number of Images

7. complete your DIY brand audit

This is a perfect winter studio project! A lot of our speakers and attendees are doing this Brand Audit, and if you complete it we'll give you a special sticker for your name-badge so that you can easily connect with others who are working on it... instant conversation starter! GET STARTED HERE

8. set goals!

We always find that when we go to a workshop or conference we get a LOT more out of it if we take time beforehand to set goals. Read Enna Grazier's article about how to get the most out of a conference here.
